GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. All items are based on first come first serve basis
2. Payment must be made to our MBB (Maybank) account before items can be delivered or collected
3. Payment by Cash (COD) if you set an appointment with us to collect the items yourself from our Boutique. However a 50% deposit will be required
4. The maximum period for reservation is three (3) days. Otherwise, the items will be sold to others waiting in line
5. Please inform us if you wish to cancel your reservation
6. Goods sold are non-returnable/refundable/exchangeable
7. Prices shown are not inclusive of delivery and handling, unless stated otherwise
8. Delivery and handling cost is approximately RM5 to RM50 per item; depending on the weight/size of item(s) or otherwise stated. (Shipping to East Malaysia or out of Malaysia may differ)
9. Please allow 2-7 days for delivery (excluding weekends & public holidays)
10. Items purchased through delivery will be sent via Pos Laju/Pos Express/Courier Service
